Sparke Helmore in Brisbane is seeking a Lawyer to Associate to join our Workplace team. You will work with Partners, Jackson Inglis and Thea Price, on employment, industrial relations and safety matters, gaining exposure to complex matters from early in your career.

Competenze

• Admitted to practice with 0-2 years' PQE.
• Experience in private practice, government or an in-house legal team is acceptable.
• Strong academic credentials with an interest in employment, industrial relations and workplace health and safety law.

Mansioni

• Advise and represent clients on employment, industrial relations and safety matters.
• Develop advocacy skills through tribunals and courts, with exposure to client meetings and investigations.
• Collaborate with Partners and senior practitioners across the Workplace team on complex matters.
