Law Staff in Brisbane is seeking a Corporate Lawyer or Associate to join a nationally respected commercial law firm. You will work alongside Partners and senior practitioners, gaining exposure to high-quality transactions from day one.

You’ll handle a broad range of corporate matters including private M&A, joint ventures, asset and company acquisitions and disposals, capital raisings, governance and compliance. A collaborative culture supports development and a rewarding career path.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years PAE in corporate matters.
• Experience in private M&A, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals.
• Sound understanding of Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and corporate compliance.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work across a broad range of corporate matters from inception through to completion.
• Support private M&A, joint ventures and capital raisings.
• Assist with corporate governance, due diligence and transaction management.
