Talent Edge, an infrastructure advisory consultancy, invites applications for an Associate Director to deliver commercial, transactional and strategic advice on major infrastructure and energy developments in Australia. You will work with government and private sector clients, shaping investment propositions and project outcomes from day one.

Formación

• Experience on major transport, infrastructure, energy or water projects.
• Degree qualification in Engineering, PM, Law, Planning, Commerce or related discipline.
• 5–10+ years' experience within consulting, advisory or major project delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of commercial management, claims, contracts and procurement.
• Experience with D&C, PPP, Alliance or Target Cost delivery models.

The Opportunity

As an Associate Director, you will work closely with senior leadership to provide commercial, transactional and strategic advice to government and private sector clients across major infrastructure and energy developments.

Key Responsibilities

About You

You are a commercially astute infrastructure professional with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a track record of delivering outcomes on complex projects.

Requirements:

• Experience across major transport, infrastructure, energy or water projects.
• Degree qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Law, Planning, Commerce or related discipline.
• 5-10+ years' experience within consulting, advisory or major project delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of commercial management, claims, contracts and procurement.
• Experience with D&C, PPP, Alliance or Target Cost delivery models.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence senior decision-makers.
• Exposure to government agencies, operators, funders or strategic alliances highly regarded.
