An outstanding opportunity is available for an accomplished Civil Program Manager or Principal Civil Engineer to help lead the continued development, delivery and growth of an established civil engineering team in Sydney.
Joining a highly regarded, nationally connected multidisciplinary consultancy, you will take a senior position combining technical and project leadership, client management, commercial responsibility and business development.
The team delivers a diverse portfolio of civil infrastructure projects across both the private and public sectors. This includes urban development projects for respected developers, together with infrastructure and public works for councils and other government clients.
This is an opportunity to manage and grow your own portfolio while contributing to the broader strategic direction of the Sydney civil team. You will work alongside an experienced and collaborative leadership group, with the support and resources of a successful national business.
You will be an experienced civil engineering professional who combines strong project-delivery capability with commercial awareness and genuine relationship-building skills.
Ideally, you will offer:
Chartered status or equivalent professional accreditation would be well regarded but is not essential where substantial relevant experience can be demonstrated.
This role offers considerably more than day-to-day project delivery. You will have the autonomy to develop your own client and project portfolio while influencing the continued growth of the civil discipline in Sydney.
You will join an impressive, down-to-earth team within a multidisciplinary consultancy that works across private development and community-focused public infrastructure. A highly competitive salary package (circa $150-180k +) will be negotiated to reflect the experience, relationships and value you bring. For the right person, this represents a significant long-term career opportunity with the scope to strengthen your profile, expand your leadership responsibilities and play an important role in the future direction of the business.
