Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment invites a Civil Manager to Sydney to lead a portfolio of civil consulting projects and to cultivate strong client relationships in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

You will oversee technical reviews, manage budgets and schedules, mentor staff, and stay current with standards and legislation to deliver value and long-term opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and undertake business development activities and liaise with clients and the Business Development Manager in relation to prospects.
• Manage a portfolio of projects by ensuring appropriate technical review and validation, and by assigning appropriately experienced staff to projects.
• Ensure appropriate financial management of projects (including WIP and invoicing) within the Program portfolio.
• Develop and maintain sound knowledge of the technical requirements of projects within the relevant Program.
• Keep up to date with changes in Standards and Legislation and how these may impact the scope and extent of the project.

Your Responsibility
