Echo Therapeutics | Lindfield, Sydney | Full-time
Ready for more ownership, broader exposure and the opportunity to build your brand management career?
At Echo Therapeutics, you won't be one small part of a large marketing team. You'll have the opportunity to work across hospital pharmaceutical assigned brands, campaigns, digital and customer engagement, while learning from experienced commercial leaders and seeing the impact of what you do.
We're looking for an Associate Marketing Manager who is ready to step up, bring ideas and grow with us.
Echo Therapeutics is an Australian-owned pharmaceutical company focused on elevating standards of care through meaningful engagement with healthcare professionals across Australia and New Zealand.
We're building a pharmaceutical business where ideas can become action quickly, people are close to the decisions, and everyone has the opportunity to contribute, take ownership and help shape what comes next.
Our values, Bold and Brave, Openness and Community guide how we work together, support our customers and ultimately contribute to better outcomes for patients.
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing and working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll gain broad exposure across the commercial business.
This is a hands-on marketing role with genuine opportunity to develop your brand management capability. You'll take day-to-day responsibility for selected brands, contribute to brand and tactical planning, execute campaigns and help us continue building our digital marketing capability.
You'll also work closely with Sales and Medical, giving you exposure to different perspectives and the opportunity to understand how brand strategy, customer engagement and commercial execution come together.
It's a role for someone who wants to do, learn, contribute and progressively take on more.
You'll have the opportunity to:
We're looking for someone who has built solid marketing foundations and is ready for greater ownership.
You'll bring experience in marketing, brand, communications or a related commercial role, together with a relevant tertiary qualification.
More importantly, you'll be commercially curious, proactive and organised. You'll enjoy turning ideas into action, building relationships across different teams and understanding why something works rather than simply executing activity.
You’ll be comfortable with technology and digital marketing and curious about emerging channels and AI-enabled tools and how they can responsibly improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare would be highly regarded, as would exposure to brand or product marketing, CRM, digital marketing, conferences and the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
More exposure. More ownership. More opportunity to contribute.
Echo is growing, and that creates opportunities for our people too.
You’ll work closely with senior Sales, Marketing and Medical leaders, have visibility across the broader commercial business and see the impact of your work.
You’ll have the opportunity to build genuine brand and commercial experience, contribute ideas and help shape how we do things rather than simply inherit a playbook.
For someone looking to develop towards broader Brand or Product Management responsibility, this role offers the opportunity to accelerate your learning while making a meaningful contribution today.
And because we’re a growing business, not everything is already defined. If you like bringing ideas, finding better ways of doing things and being part of building what's next, you’ll enjoy Echo.
