iPlay Eastern Creek Quarter seeks an energetic Assistant Venue Manager to partner with the Venue Manager, lead teams on the floor and ensure outstanding guest experiences across arcade, bowling and attractions.

You will drive daily operations, coach staff, manage rosters and safety, and push sales and standards in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Growth into venue leadership roles is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail or a similar customer-focused environment
• Hands-on leadership style and the confidence to lead from the floor
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
• Flexibility to work across days, nights, weekends and public holidays

Responsabilités

• Support the Venue Manager with the day-to-day operation of the venue
• Lead, motivate and support the team across busy trading periods
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
• Assist with team training, development and performance
• Help manage rosters, breaks and daily team deployment
• Support stock control, ordering, cash handling and venue administration
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and shift leadership
• Monitor venue presentation, cleanliness, safety and compliance
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Help drive sales, performance and operational standards
• Step up and take charge of the venue when the Venue Manager is unavailable
• Bring energy, accountability and teamwork to every shift
