The Role

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the floor: supporting service, leading by example, and helping maintain the standards that have made Bistro Moncur a Sydney dining institution. This is a hands-on, service-focused position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and takes pride in genuine hospitality.
