Job summary

BCF Tweed Heads is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team in one of its largest tackle stores. You’ll drive sales, mentor a crew of 20, and deliver epic customer experiences in a fast‑paced, big‑box environment.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in retail, a passion for boating or fishing, and the ability to grow with a top brand within Super Retail Group. This role offers a supportive culture and strong discount perks.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail environments.

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager, your key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Management / leadership experience
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
