Beacon Lighting Waurn Ponds in Victoria is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to inspire your team, grow sales, and create outstanding customer experiences, with the added benefit of every second weekend off.

This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead in-store operations, deliver excellent service, and contribute to Beacon Lighting's culture and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or customer-focused environments.
• Confident communication and ability to bring out the best in people.
• Positive, curious mindset with a desire to learn.
• Calm under pressure and able to balance priorities.
• Ownership mindset with problem-solving and improvement focus.
• Current driver's licence and hands-on approach when needed.
