Job summary

Beacon Lighting Pty Ltd in NSW is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager for our Brookvale store. This full-time role partners with the Store Manager to lead the team, grow sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences while enjoying every second weekend off.

You will drive coaching, operations and visual standards, build loyal trade relationships and contribute to a culture of safety, with ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or leadership.
