Job summary

Tool Kit Depot in Toowoomba is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day. This hands-on leadership role works with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, uphold operational standards and create a safe, high performing environment.

You will coach and develop team members, manage rostering and onboarding, build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business, and step into Store Manager duties

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, trade, hardware or similar customer focused environment.
• Proven leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role.
• Strong commercial and sales acumen with ability to drive results.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
