Brand Collective is recruiting for Shoes & Sox Warringah to appoint an Assistant Store Manager focused on leading a small team and delivering exceptional customer service in a busy children's footwear store. You will partner with the Store Manager to motivate staff, coach performance, manage stock, and drive store KPIs.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, connect with families, and uphold visual standards while modelling a positive culture that supports growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Retail Supervisor or experienced retail team leader.
• Confidence coaching, developing and motivating a team.
• A passion for customer service and creating positive shopping experiences.
• A proven ability to work towards sales targets and achieve KPIs.
• Strong organisational skills and an understanding of stock management and visual merchandising.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• A friendly, patient approach and the ability to connect with children and their families.
• Flexibility to support the needs of a busy retail store.

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our Shoes & Sox Warringah team in the heart of the Northern Beaches!

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead the team, drive sales performance and create a welcoming store environment where customers and team members feel valued. You'll lead by example, bring positive energy to every shift and help deliver the exceptional service Shoes & Sox is known for.

From helping families find the perfect fit to celebrating team achievements and achieving store targets, you'll play an important role in making every visit a great experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Champion a positive culture: Build a supportive team environment where everyone feels encouraged, appreciated and motivated.
• Maintain a safe workplace: Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and help ensure a safe environment for the team and customers.

About You

You're a natural leader who enjoys bringing people together, building relationships and creating great customer experiences. You're commercially minded, hands-on and ready to step up when needed.

You'll ideally bring:
