Brand Collective in Australia is seeking a part-time Store Manager for Shoes & Sox concession at Chatswood Myer, NSW. You will lead the team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching, KPI monitoring, and managing peak trading periods. You’ll own the concession within the department store, build strong relationships with Myer staff, and ensure excellent product fitting and presentation.

We’re on the lookout for an energetic and commercially driven Part Time Store Manager to lead our Shoes & Sox concession at Myer Chatswood, NSW.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on retail leader to take ownership of the concession, build strong relationships within the Myer environment and lead the team through our busiest trading season. You’ll bring the energy, set the standard and make sure every customer receives the expert fitting service Shoes & Sox is known for.

Enjoy Sunday, Monday & Wednesdays off, working a 28 hour, 4-day work week.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be the store’s captain, coach and cheerleader, taking ownership of the Chatswood Myer concession and bringing your team together to deliver outstanding results, especially through peak season.

• Lead from the front – motivate your team, drive sales and create a positive, high-energy environment during our busiest trading periods.
• Take ownership of concession performance – monitor sales, KPIs and productivity, identifying opportunities to maximise results.
• Coach and develop your team – build confidence, recognise achievements and provide ongoing feedback to help everyone perform at their best.
• Lead through peak season – ensure the team is prepared, organised and ready to deliver exceptional service when customer traffic and sales opportunities are at their highest.
• Build strong Myer relationships – work collaboratively within the department store environment to support smooth operations and a great customer experience.
• Create a store that wows – maintain high standards of presentation, visual merchandising and organisation, even during busy trading days.
• Stay smart on stock – manage replenishment, stock flow and loss prevention to keep the concession running efficiently.
• Champion expert fitting and customer service – help families find the perfect fit for their little ones and make every visit memorable.
• Foster a safe, supportive and inclusive workplace where your team feels valued, motivated and empowered to succeed.

ABOUT YOU

You bring the energy, the empathy and the experience. You’re a confident retail leader who knows how to bring people together, deliver results and stay focused when things get busy.

• Proven experience in retail leadership, ideally within a concession, department store or fast-paced retail environment.
• A strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand KPIs, drive sales and improve overall performance.
• Experience coaching, developing and motivating a team to achieve shared goals.
• Confidence leading through peak trading periods, managing competing priorities and keeping the team focused under pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills and a hands-on approach to daily operations, stock management and visual merchandising.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members and Myer colleagues.
• A genuine passion for customer service and helping kids and their families find the perfect fit.
• A proactive attitude, a willingness to learn and the drive to continually improve.
