Brand Collective is seeking an Area Manager to lead the Shoes & Sox NSW six-store network, driving performance and delivering standout customer experiences. You will empower Store Managers, build high-performing teams and align with the brand promise to lift sales and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Head of Retail, this role focuses on coaching leaders, sustaining operational excellence, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the region.
