Brand Collective is hiring for Shoes & Sox to join our seasonal team. From October 2026 through February 2027, you will help deliver an exceptional in-store experience during our busiest period. Expect energetic customers, fast-paced sales, and a collaborative team environment.

You’ll bring energy, reliability, and strong communication to assist families in finding the right products. Prior retail or customer service is a plus, but we’re happy to teach the basics.

• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• A positive, energetic attitude and good communication are essential.

As a Seasonal Casual Team Member, you’ll bring your energy and A-game to the shop floor by:

• Delivering warm, engaging customer service that leaves a lasting impression
• Assisting customers in finding the right products to suit their needs and style preferences
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment
• Driving sales through confident product knowledge and a proactive approach
• Contributing to a positive, high-energy team culture with a focus on safety and teamwork

You're the kind of person who:

• Has flexible availability from October2026 through February 2027, including weekends and late nights
• Brings the energy - you're reliable, positive, and love helping others
• Has solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in retail or customer service, but if not, we’ll teach you
