Lorna Jane, situated in Adelaide's CBD, is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to support the Store Leader in driving sales, coaching the team, and maintaining sharp store operations. You will be a top seller and a natural coach on the floor, with prior retail experience in apparel or activewear.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Leader in achieving sales and KPI targets from the floor.
• Coach, motivate and develop team through regular feedback and on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain high operational standards including stock management, VM execution and daily routines.
• Represent the Lorna Jane brand through active living advocacy in-store and locally.

The Opportunity

Situated right in the heart of Adelaide's CBD shopping precinct, Lorna Jane Rundle Mall is looking for an Assistant Store Leader. You'll support your Store Leader in running the floor leading by example on sales, coaching the team day to day, and keeping operations sharp. This role is for someone who wants to sell, lead, and grow into more. You'll be one of your team's strongest sellers and a natural coach on the floor someone the team looks to when the Store Leader isn't around. If you have retail sales experience in apparel, sport, or activewear, this is your next step up.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Leader in driving sales and KPI results by leading from the floor and delivering exceptional, customer-first experiences.
• Coach, motivate and develop the team through regular feedback, on the job training and role modelling Lorna Jane service standards.
• Maintain high operational standards by supporting stock management, VM execution and daily store routines.
• Live and breathe the Lorna Jane brand, inspiring the team and customers through Active Living advocacy both in store and within the local community.
