Job summary

rebel is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Manager in Australia to lead a dynamic team of 15+ at one of the nation’s leading sports retailers. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Customer Service Manager), you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
