Forever New Macquarie is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and lead a dynamic team in a busy retail environment. You will motivate staff, manage rosters, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining stunning visual displays.

You bring prior store management experience, a passion for fashion, and a ability to coach and develop talent. Late-night, holiday, and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail store management experience with a track record of driving sales and controlling wages/targets.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities with people development mindset.
• Experience in roster planning and visual merchandising is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service standards.
• Coach employees, manage performance, and develop talent through on-the-job training.
• Oversee rosters, stock presentation, and store visuals to optimize customer experience.
• Drive store KPIs and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
