Qualifications

• Experience in a retail leadership or assistant management role.
• Excellent customer service with proven ability to drive sales and KPIs.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Experience in inventory, stock management and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Creating a safe, positive and well-run store environment.
• Driving sales by promoting products and meeting targets.
• Assisting customers with parts and accessories advice.
• Coaching, motivating and developing team members on the shop floor.
• Assisting with inventory, stock control and deliveries.
• Supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day leadership.
• Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
