Adidas seeks a passionate Assistant Store Manager for the Market City Factory Outlet on a full-time basis. The role requires a proactive retail leader with a strong connection to sport and the ability to inspire teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will support the Store Manager in driving KPIs, managing daily operations, and maintaining Adidas’ high standards in service and visual merchandising. A competitive salary and bonus opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Solid retail sales background with a proven track record in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor performance data and adjust strategies to drive commercial success.
• Effectively manage all retail operations within a fashion store environment.
• Be a role model for customer service and train team members on product knowledge and brand standards.
• Coordinate team to execute Visual Merchandising and in-store communications.
