Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a retail team to exceed budgeted sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor and analyse performance data to drive commercial results.
• Manage all retail operations within a fashion/store environment.
• Serve as role model for customer service and meeting/exceeding expectations.
• Train team members on brand product knowledge and service standards.
• Coordinate team to maintain Visual Merchandising and in-store communication standards.
• Ensure efficient stock-to-floor process and inventory procedures.
• Share best practices to boost overall store performance.
