Job summary

adidas in Perth is hiring a passionate Advanced Retail Professional/Sales Floor Supervisor to open a brand-new Factory Outlet in Galleria. This full-time role supports the Store Manager to deliver exceptional service and hit commercial targets.

You will lead a store team, model standards, coach staff, and ensure best-in-class Visual Merchandising and stock control, while upholding adidas values and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in apparel or footwear.
• Strong visual merchandising capabilities and store presentation.
• Proficient in stock handling and replenishment procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager & Assistant Manager to reach store targets and deliver an optimal customer experience.
• Model service standards and lead the team to meet commercial goals.
• Represent adidas brand values and products to inspire customers.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards and manage stock to floor flow.
• Coach team on service skills and product knowledge, including seasonal lines.
• Coordinate inventory processing and ensure efficient stock-to-floor movement.
• Share best practices to improve overall store performance.
