Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve KPIs, sales targets and exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor performance data and adjust plans to drive commercial success.
• Oversee all retail operations in the fashion/store environment.
• Model excellent customer service and guide team members on brand standards.
• Train staff on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
• Coordinate team to maintain Visual Merchandising and in-store communication standards.
• Ensure efficient inventory processing and seamless stock-to-floor flow.
• Share best practices to boost overall store performance.
