OTR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and help deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will report to the Store Manager and work closely to ensure smooth, efficient performance.

• Provide training experience for onboarding team members.
• Monitor stock levels and reduce product wastage.
• Manage deliveries.
• Uphold health and safety standards in the store.
• Create rosters and plan shifts to drive sales.
