Burson Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) for the Kilkenny branch in Australia. You\'ll support the Store Manager, lead from the front, drive sales performance, and champion exceptional customer service, helping create a positive, high-performing team culture.

Formación

• An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment.
• Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
• The ability to engage with, and motivate team members
• Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
• OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
• Current full drivers license

Responsabilidades

• Providing expert advice and assistance to trade, workshop, and retail customers on automotive parts and products
• Delivering outstanding customer service while building strong, long-term customer relationships
• Supporting sales growth and branch performance outcomes
• Assisting with inventory management and stock control processes
• Maintaining high store presentation standards and ensuring compliance with company policies and workplace health and safety requirements
• Supporting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the branch
• Leading, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve their best
