Burson, part of the Bapcor Group, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in our Berri branch to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and mentor the team to perform at their best.

You’ll be hands-on in a fast-paced automotive parts environment, ensuring outstanding customer service, inventory control, and adherence to OH&S and company policies, while supporting the Store Manager and nurturing team engagement.

Formación

• An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment.
• Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors).
• The ability to engage with, and motivate team members.
• Client-driven with strong time management abilities & attention to detail.
• OH&S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy.
• Current full driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
• Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
• Assisting with inventory control
• Maintaining store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH & S compliance
• Supporting the Store Manager
• Leading and supporting your team
