Job summary

Burson, Australia’s trusted auto parts supplier, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) for the Labrador branch. You will lead day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure excellent service across trade, workshop, and retail customers.

You’ll drive inventory control, maintain presentation standards, and assist the Store Manager to achieve branch targets in a fast-paced environment. A current full driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or trade parts is preferred.
• Current full drivers license is required.
• Ability to lead and coach a diverse team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to trade, workshop, and retail customers on automotive parts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Support sales growth and branch performance targets.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members.
