Burson Auto Parts in Cobram is seeking a Store Manager to lead our busy Cobram branch, driving sales, profitability and team performance. You will coach staff, develop people, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding Burson’s values.

In this hands-on role you’ll oversee day-to-day branch activities, manage inventory, and foster a culture of safety and high standards. Previous leadership in auto parts or related sectors is preferred, with a focus on KPI achievement and customer

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment.
• Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors).
• People leadership experience with the ability to engage and motivate team to achieve targets/KPIs.
• Customer focus with strong time management and attention to detail.
• OH&S experience with solid admin skills and computer literacy.
• Experience with European vehicles is highly regarded.
• Current full drivers license required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day to day branch activities across sales, operations, administration & leadership.
• Manage store inventory, proactively controlling obsolete and overstocked items to maintain high product availability and meet customer demand.
• Develop customer relationships and increase sales and branch profitability.
• Management of branch employees – Parts Interpreters, Stores & Delivery Staff.
• Take responsibility for OH&S compliance and ensure safety education is current.
• Administrative functions, processing invoices/credits and warranties.
• Saturday mornings as required.
