Job summary

Burson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) for our Kilkenny branch. You’ll support the Store Manager, drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service and help build a high-performing team culture.

You’ll provide expert advice to trade, workshop and retail customers, manage stock and ensure store presentation and safety standards. The role suits someone with team leadership experience in automotive parts and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and assistance to trade, workshop and retail customers on automotive parts and products.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Support sales growth and branch performance outcomes.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control processes.
• Maintain high store presentation and ensure safety/compliance.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
