Job summary

Salco Group's GANT Harbour Town Premium Outlet on the Gold Coast is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who can lead from the shop floor, coach the team and drive sales while upholding premium brand standards. You will work with the Store Manager to achieve budgets, deliver great customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, stepping up in the Store Manager's absence.

Qualifications

Experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to thrive in a busy retail environment.
Interest in leading, coaching and developing people.
Ability to lead by example, take initiative and follow through.
Willingness to learn, share ideas and develop through coaching.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager to achieve and exceed store budgets and KPIs.
Take responsibility for day-to-day operations and confidently lead in the Store Manager's absence.
Coach, support and develop team members to achieve strong individual and store results.
Lead by example on the shop floor, setting high standards for customer service and presentation.
Build strong customer relationships while maintaining GANT's premium brand standards.
Maintain high standards across stock control, visual merchandising, compliance and store processes.
Understand store performance, identify opportunities and take action to improve results.
Help build a team that works well together, takes responsibility and delivers results.
