Job summary

JD Sports on the Gold Coast is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team across Sunday to Thursday rosters. You will partner with the Store Manager to inspire high performance, deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive store results.

You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure visual merchandising excellence, coach staff, recruit top talent and uphold JD Sports' standards. This role offers growth within a dynamic, fashion-forward business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store team to achieve budgets and targets.
• Strong customer service orientation with a first-class in-store experience.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-first mindset and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Analyse data and reports to identify sales opportunities and optimise profitability.
• Oversee daily store operations and visual merchandising to meet brand standards.
