Job summary

PUMA Harbourtown on the Gold Coast is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead this fast-paced fashion destination. In this role you will support the Store Manager, drive sales, mentor a dynamic team, and enhance the customer experience through hands-on leadership.

You will oversee store operations, stock control, and loss prevention during peak periods, weekends and evenings, while modelling PUMA's values of speed, spirit and teamwork to deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in retail management or apparel/footwear retail.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Energetic, adaptable, and ready to lead in a fast-paced environment.
