Job summary

Petstock Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a passionate team and delivering world-class customer service. You will play a key role in the success of the Petstock Group with a fun, inclusive culture and opportunities for career growth.

You will mentor and coach team members, manage stock and VM, recruit and onboard new staff, and help drive local marketing and safety practices, while maintaining stock integrity and a positive in-store culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar store leadership role.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong safety, WHS practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and coach daily to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist in stock management, merchandising, and stock integrity.
