Petstock Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Western Australia to support the Store Manager in leading a passionate team and delivering world-class customer service. You will mentor the team, drive sales, manage stock and merchandising, and maintain a strong safety culture while building a fun, inclusive in-store environment.

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and coaching staff to improve knowledge and skills.
• Oversee stock management and ensure accurate stock controls and VM standards.
• Foster a safe, inclusive in-store culture and strong teamwork.
• Recruit, onboard and induct new team members.
• Support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships.
