Qualifications

• Experience in a similar store leadership role or ready to take that step up in retail management.
• Proven drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership to motivate and build a high-performing team.
• Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities.
• Experience driving safe Work, Health & Safety practices.
• Established business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, mentoring and inspiring your team daily.
• Coach your team to develop knowledge and skills.
• Provide exceptional customer experience, leading from the front.
• Foster a safety-minded culture within the store.
• Recruit, onboard and induct high-calibre new team members.
• Manage stock accurately and follow stock integrity processes.
• Stay informed on pet care, products and services.
• Create a fun, supportive in-store culture where staff enjoy coming to work.
• Support local marketing opportunities and sponsorships.
