Prouds The Jewellers in Runaway Bay, Queensland invites an energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead the sales team and drive performance. You will work with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide coaching, onboarding, and development of Team Members.

You’ll step up to lead when needed, manage daily operations, inventory, rostering and visual standards, and play a key role in building a positive, high-performing store culture.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant Manager or senior sales professional.
• Passion for selling and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to coach, motivate and support others to achieve sales results.
• Confidence to lead the store when required.

Responsabilités

• Support Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Lead on the sales floor, build authentic customer relationships and maximise sales.
• Coach Team Members to achieve individual and store goals.
• Take ownership of store performance and operations when the Store Manager is away.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and development.
• Help with inventory, rostering, visuals and loss prevention.
