What We're Looking For:

Previous Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience.

Excellent time management and communication skills.

A results-driven professional with a love for driving sales and building an energetic, high-performing team.

A leader who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, creating a standout in-store experience and supporting the Store Manager.

Someone confident in leading, coaching, and developing individuals to reach their full potential and exceed performance goals.

Experience in driving operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration (desired).
