Job summary

Swatch Bondi is seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to lead our Bondi store with energy, passion and the Swatch brand at the center of every customer interaction.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll coach and motivate the team, drive sales and KPIs, deliver unforgettable service, maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with recruitment and training, and ensure smooth operations and accurate stock management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or retail leadership role.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve targets.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Enthusiasm, self-motivation and confidence to lead by example.

• Build meaningful customer relationships and confidently handle escalated concerns.
• Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Analyse sales and KPI results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards that bring Swatch to life.
• Support day-to-day store operations and ensure the store runs smoothly.
• Assist with reporting, administration and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory management and stocktake processes.
• Uphold company policies, procedures and Swatch brand standards.
