Job summary

Swatch is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the Bondi store with energy and passion for the brand. You will coach a team, drive service, and ensure standout customer experiences that reflect Swatch's creativity. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to meet sales goals and uphold brand standards.

You will role model exceptional service, product knowledge and leadership, helping the team reach their potential while maintaining store operations and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or retail leadership role.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
• Computer literacy including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Support the Store Manager to lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Build meaningful customer relationships and confidently handle escalated concerns.
• Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Analyse sales and KPI results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards that bring Swatch to life.
• Support day-to-day store operations and ensure the store runs smoothly.
• Assist with reporting, administration and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory management and stocktake processes.
