Job summary

Skechers Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Corio Outlet to lead daily operations, coach the team, and drive customer satisfaction.

You will work with the Store Manager to ensure strong sales, manage stock and merchandising, and oversee rosters while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Experience in a senior sales assistant, full-time, or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, ASM).

• Passion for team development and delivering great customer experiences.
• Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
