Skechers Australia & New Zealand in Port Macquarie is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and help drive store success. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to coach the team, oversee customer service, and ensure visual standards across the store.

Ideal candidates bring leadership potential, retail experience at a senior level, and a proactive approach to team development and store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior sales assistant, full-time, or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, ASM).
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive sales performance.
• Strong customer service orientation and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Inspire and guide the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
• Help manage wage costs and contribute to effective rostering.
• Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development.
• Maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
