Job summary

Harris Scarfe in Chermside, QLD, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional sales and service. You’ll help drive the Harris Scarfe experience, creating a welcoming store environment and supporting daily operations to meet business goals.

You’ll train and coach staff, oversee stock and merchandising, and promote a culture of collaboration and inclusion. Weekend availability and Australian work rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail/hospitality.
• People-first mindset with strong coaching and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and a calm, solution-focused approach.
• Strong attention to store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Organised and efficient with admin and IT skills.
• Able to work weekends and hold full working rights in Australia.

• Previous experience in leadership or supervisor roles with retail or hospitality.
