BCF Taren Point Store in Sydney's NSW seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead the heartbeat of the business. You will support the Store Manager with store operations, stock control and safety, while developing a high-performing team.

As a Assistant Store Manager of our Taren Point Store you will support the Store Manager in ensuring the store operates effectively and efficiently with regards to operating procedures and tasks. You will support in ensuring compliance across all areas of customer service, store operations, our safety culture, loss prevention and all company policies and procedures.

• Oversee the incoming inventory within the back of house, including stock receipting, pallet control and stocktake.
• Oversee special orders, delivery pickups and collection of online orders
• Maintain compliance within the store for daily procedures and policies.
• Lead, develop and motivate a team to meet their full potential and ensure the team are delivering stock routines and replenishment in safe manner.
• Thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
