Job summary

Pedders Suspension & Brakes is recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager at our Salisbury store. This full-time role supports the Store Manager, coordinates the workshop schedule and parts flow, and helps manage customer experiences while aiming to meet store targets.

You will help monitor workshop quality and may perform vehicle repairs. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, uniform and tools provided, and opportunities for progression within the Pedders network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing people and fostering a positive culture.
• Evidence of working across different vehicle makes and models.
• Full manual driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Store Manager and manage the store in their absence.
• Support the daily workshop schedule and ensure on-time customer delivery.
• Plan and coordinate parts supply and delivery to the workshop workflow.
• Monitor the quality of work performed in the workshop.
• Perform vehicle repairs in the workshop.
