Job summary

Pedders Suspension & Brakes is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Brookvale store in Sydney. This full-time role supports the Store Manager, coordinates workshop schedules, parts supply, and ensures on-time delivery, while driving quality customer experiences.

You will lead a team, oversee daily operations, and contribute to store targets. Training, overtime pay, and a supportive, career-growth environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading or managing people and fostering a positive culture.
• Evidence of working across different vehicle makes and models.
• Full drivers’ licence with an ability to drive manual.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Store Manager and manage the store in their absence.
• Support the management of the daily workshop schedule and maintain an on-time customer delivery.
• Plan and coordinate parts supply and delivery to the workshop workflow.
• Monitor the quality of work performed in the workshop.
• Perform vehicle repairs in the workshop.
