Lorna Jane Chermside is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Platinum store. You will support Store Leader in running the floor, lead by example with sales, coach the team including a 3IC and keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll be one of your team's strongest sellers and a natural coach on the floor; if you have retail sales experience in apparel, sports or activewear, this is your next step up.

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience in apparel or activewear.
• Ability to coach and lift people around you.
• Confidence with visual merchandising and stock processes.
• Lead by example and hit KPIs on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor, hitting your own KPIs.
• Coach and support your team's performance daily.
• Help maintain visual merchandising, stock flow and store standards.
• Step up and run the store in your Store Leader's absence.
• Build genuine relationships that keep bringing customers back.
