Lorna Jane Chermside is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our management team. In this Platinum store you will support the Store Leader, lead by example on the floor, coach a team including a 3IC, and ensure smooth store operations.

With retail apparel experience, you will drive sales, coach performance, manage visual merchandising and stock, and build relationships that bring customers back.

Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience in apparel or activewear.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage floor operations and stock processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor, hitting your own KPIs.
• Coach and support your team's performance, day to day.
• Help keep visual merchandising, stock flow and store standards on point.
• Step up and run the store in your Store Leader's absence.
