Job summary

Lorna Jane Chermside is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Leader and manage daily operations on the floor. You’ll lead by example in sales, coach a team including a 3IC, and ensure smooth operations across the store.

Retail apparel or activewear experience is preferred. You’ll drive sales, coaching, CVM, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding brand standards in Brisbane.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in apparel, sports, or activewear.
• Ability to coach and lift team performance.
• Comfort with visual merchandising, stock processes and store operations.

The Opportunity

Lorna Jane Chermside is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our management team. This is an exciting opportunity to join us at one of our Platinum stores. As the Assistant manager you will support our Store Leader in running the floor. You will lead by example with sales, coach the team including a 3IC and keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll be one of your team's strongest sellers and a natural coach on the floor someone the team looks to when the Store Leader isn't around. If you have retail sales experience in apparel, sports or activewear, this is your next step up.
