Qualifications

• Proven retail sales experience with strong commercial instincts.
• Ability to coach and lift the team.
• Confident with VM, stock processes and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor and hit KPIs.
• Coach and support the team's performance daily.
